Evidence Network Synthesis Report

We worked with the WHO Regional Office for Europe and Newcastle University (UK) to complete a Health Evidence Network (HEN) synthesis on the methods, frameworks and indicators used globally to evaluate health literacy policies, programs and interventions. The report also provides policy recommendations for national governments across Europe to inform effective health literacy policies, programs and interventions.

The report also provides policy recommendations for national governments across Europe to inform effective health literacy monitoring and evaluation.

HEN is an information service for public health decision-makers in the WHO European Region, and the report series provides evidence on the state of the science on a range of policy issues.

Literature Review Health Communication Systems

We worked with HealthWest Partnership to complete a scoping review of the evidence on health communication systems and best practices in communication and community engagement in pandemics and other health emergencies.

The report provides policy and practice recommendations for governments, regional health authorities and partnerships and local implementing organisations.

Evaluation work

Social Inclusion Measurement Framework

We worked with the Inner North West Primary Care Partnership (PCP) and HealthWest Partnership and 18 partner organisations to co-design a measurement framework and set of core indicators for monitoring and evaluating social inclusion.

The Framework has broad reach across a number of inner metropolitan Melbourne regions and has been used by various organisations to support their planning and evaluation work.

Moreland Social Cohesion Evaluation

We worked with Moreland City Council to undertake an evaluation of their Social Cohesion Plan 2018-2020, including the effectiveness of its implementation, the extent to which it addressed social cohesion needs and contributed to social cohesion outcomes in Moreland, and opportunities and priorities for implementing the 2020-2025 Social Cohesion Plan.
